1) Notice Regarding the Protection of Personal Data
As a business, we value your security; we are informing you about the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), which was enacted to protect personal data, particularly with regard to the privacy of personal life.
Pursuant to Law No. 6698, any information or document that serves to identify or make identifiable a natural person constitutes personal data.
Your personal data is collected and processed by the Company, acting as the data controller, through various means such as electronic records, telephone records and call centers, social media platforms, membership and application forms, written/oral/electronic statements, and technical tools such as cookies used during website visits.
The personal data we collect from you; may be recorded, stored, classified, updated, shared with third parties within legal limits, or processed in the manners prescribed by the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) for the purposes of fulfilling obligations under the Commercial Code, the Tax Procedure Code, MASAK, and other relevant legislation; verifying identity and address; retaining data for statutory periods; and complying with reporting and notification obligations.

2) The Purpose for Which Personal Data Will Be Processed
The personal data we collect;
- to carry out the necessary operations for you to use the products and services provided,
- Customizing and recommending products/services based on your needs,
- conducting campaigns and informational activities,
- Managing complaint, request, and feedback processes,
- ensuring legal and commercial security,
is processed in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) for these purposes.

3) To Whom and for What Purpose Personal Data May Be Disclosed
Your personal data will be processed within the limits of the law to achieve the purposes outlined above;
- affiliated companies and subsidiaries,
- suppliers and service providers,
- campaign/loyalty program partners,
- public institutions and organizations authorized by law, and authorized private individuals
can be shared with.

4) Methods of Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data may be collected through physical locations, electronic systems, call centers, websites, mobile applications, social media, written forms, and similar channels. The data collected may be processed and transferred in accordance with the legal grounds specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and for the purposes outlined in this document.

5) Rights of the Data Subject (Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law)
As the data subject;
- to find out whether your data has been processed,
- Requesting information regarding such processing,
- the right to know the purpose of the processing and whether the data is being used in accordance with that purpose,
- the right to know the third parties to whom your data has been disclosed,
- Requesting the correction of incomplete or incorrectly processed data,
- Requesting that data be deleted or destroyed when the conditions are met,
- the right to request that any corrections or deletions made be communicated to third parties to whom the data has been disclosed,
- Objecting to a situation arising to your detriment as a result of analysis conducted exclusively by automated systems,
- to seek compensation for damages resulting from an unlawful act
you are entitled to those rights.
Requests falling under this scope will be processed within the timeframes specified by law. If a fee is stipulated under applicable law, the fee set forth in the current schedule may be charged.

In accordance with Law No. 6698, I have received and read the above privacy notice regarding the processing of my personal data by the Company.
My personal data—including sensitive personal data—that identifies me or can be used to identify me, whether provided by me or obtained by the Company through various channels;
- processed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations,
- sharing it with the necessary individuals and organizations within legal limits,
- for the purposes of conducting product/service processes, ensuring security, managing campaign/communication activities, and handling complaint processes
